This is the 3rd time i am staying at A-One. The first 2 experiences were very positive. I enjoyed the hospitality of the staffs, the wonderful pool, very clean and decent size rooms. However, on my 3rd time there (and quite possibly my last), was simply awful. I booked a deluxe room, 32sqm. Firstly. Upon checked in, we were told the pool is under renovation. To compensate, there are other pools we can use in 2 other hotels. The pool is one of the reason i decided to stay in A-One. Utterly disappointed but i can live with that. Second. When i checked it, the staff put me right at the end of the corridor, just beside the emergency exit. It was extremely tiny, and feels just like a 27sqm room. There are very little leg room between the leg end of the bed to the TV console. Really awful room. totally different from the pictures and from the last 2 times i stayed in. Thirdly. The air condition doesn't work at all. Fourth. I tried to use the room telephone to call reception, no one pickup. Tried room service, no one pick up. Tried house keeping, some one pick up, unable to speak English and just simply hung up my phone. I have to went down to the reception to request to change room. And now the fifth. The water from the shower is so small that we took a long time to shower. Absolutely horrible. Sixth. The breakfast option were really really bad. Foods are bland and nothing interesting at all. (The breakfast during my first 2 visits were quite alright though.) On the second day of stay, the air condition is not working again. Fortunately technician came quickly and able to fix it. All these problems really destroyed my mood for the holiday with my girlfriend. The only positive thing about the hotel is, the room is very clean, but that is the only positive thing.

Booked this for a large family (4 rooms). All rooms were nice and clean, hotel is in a good location at the top of Pattaya beach. Good breakfast options and nice staff. The pool is an ok size, good for kids with the slides. I would return and recommend.

Staff very good and always helpful. Pool area is family friendly. Kids area coming soon. Hotels located across the beach. Markets and shopping malls also near by. If you want nightlife it is just a stroll down the coastline. Transport always available around hotel.

Average ! Hotel arrangement is not acceptable but acceptable. Stuffs not trained good , lazy and helpless till you ask them. Swimming pool was good , fitness was good and restaurant is near beach road in good view. But too many steps and walking corridor . No easy access to pool from lobby specially too many stairs when you back from pools. Stuffs are too stressful about rules in this hotel and they are not kindly talking when they want to remind about rules. Rooms view was terrible as attached picture .

The breakfast was extensive. Loved it. It is right on the beach, has night markets all around. The lift is a little crazy fast - you gotta beat it and be faster. The staff is very sweet and friendly. The swimming pool is pink and fancy.
